AN ARTS day celebrating sand dunes has been rescheduled. After being cancelled on Friday, the Moving Sands Community Arts Event will now take place on June 30, between 12-4pm. Participants can join artist Irene Rogan for an art, science and environment taster session. Irene will be exploring ways of bridging art and science, inviting visitors into her art lab where microscopes will be set up ready for you to take a closer look at the hidden natural environment. Visitors are invited to drop in at any point during the duration of the event. It will take place near Haverigg Beach Cafe, Sea View.
