CNRS: France's Quantum plan will make the country a key player in quantum technology

In this effort, the French President Emmanuel Macron recently unveiled a wide-ranging Quantum Plan, which was eagerly awaited by the French scientific community, but whose announcement was long delayed due to the health and economic crisis.
