TOLEDO, Ohio A person was shot at Savage Park in central Toledo on Sunday evening as hundreds of people were gathered to watch a city basketball game.
Police cordoned off a large section of the and were investigating near the basketball court.
Sources with Toledo Police say one person was injured in the shooting but the extent of their injuries is unclear.
Witnesses say a basketball game was going on at the park when shots rang out.

That s why the city hired JoJuan Armour nearly 90 days ago to lead the mayor s Initiative to End Gun Violence.
With summer quickly approaching, Armour wants to have his team in place.
