Able to get that done. senator manchin said on wednesday that an expansion of medicaid, that democrats are seeking to include in the reconciliation bill, must include the high amendment to get his support. obviously the hyde amendment states that medicaid and other federal programs are prohibited from covering abortion expenses. this morning congresswoman jayapal said she will not support the bill and if it includes the hyde amendment, where do you stand on this? how much of a roadblock to expected to be, this particular issue? that senator manchin is insisting on? i think representative paul said this is a negotiation, we have to work our way through. this but i want to be really clear. i strongly oppose the hyde amendment. with the hyde amendment does, is it says, that the one in five american women that are of reproductive age, that get their health insurance from medicaid, do not have full access to the reproductive health, care they don t have full access to all of the reprodu
