Anthony Maclin, the man who was shot by Indianapolis police while asleep in his grandmothers driveway last December, has filed a federal lawsuit against the city and police.
A Marion County grand jury indicted two Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department officers Friday for the shooting of Anthony Maclin, Marion County Prosecutor Ryan Mears announced Friday.
