Bermele PLC - London-based special purpose acquisition company - Enters loan agreement for GBP100,000 with an unnamed private investor. Notes the loan, which is for a fixed term of 12 months and has no interest, is repayable or convertible into new Bermele shares at 0.6 pence per share. Says loan proceeds will be used for working capital pending completion of the potential acquisition of East Imperial Pte Ltd, which was announced in July 2020. Adds preparations for a prospectus publication and admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange are well advanced.
