Below is a list of defendants charged in federal court in the District of Columbia related to crimes committed at the U.S. Capitol in Washington, D.C, on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021.
Every case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia. Following arrests, or surrender, defendants must appear before district court magistrate/judge where the arrest takes place, in accordance with the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure.

WASHINGTON D.C. - The FBI Jacksonville said that they have arrested two men from North Florida for participating in the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6th in Washington D.C.
They said that Bradley Weeks of Macclenny, Florida was arrested for Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority and Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. A Virginia Beach man is facing several charges after his involvement in the insurrection at the U.S. Capitol building on Jan. 6th.
Jacob Hiles, a fishing charter captain in Virginia Beach is facing three charges. Court documents show the charges were filed in federal court Friday. All of the charges are connected to the incidents at the Capitol.

CONCORD, NH (WLNE) – On Wednesday, the FBI Boston Division arrested a New Hampshire man in connection to the riots at the Capitol building from January 6, 2020.
61-year-old Thomas Gallagher, of Bridgewater, New Hampshire, was arrested on a warrant issued by the United States Court for the District of Columbia.
The FBI says he was taken into custody and charged with the following:
Knowingly Entering or Remaining in any Restricted Building or Grounds Without Lawful Authority; or Knowingly, With Intent to Impede Government Business or Official Functions, Engaging in Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds
Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct on Capitol Grounds.
