Surveillance video, you see, captured the moment as one section, then the next. About 55 units, in all, came down. This was about 1 30, in the morning. Cr crews have been on the scene, almost ever since. So far, they have only managed to find a preciousfew survivors. We know, from experience, that people can manage to endure for days under the right conditions, if theyre trapped in the rubble. We also know official
