A vote will take place later this morning on a Stopgap Funding Bill that will keep the government open through early december. The stopgap bill does not include a debt limit increase. The house is expected to take up that measure once its been passed by the senate. Meanwhile House Speaker nancy pelosi told reporters last night her plan is still to bring the bipartisan Infrastructure Bill to the floor despite a decision to singer it unless theres a larger package contained suspending their spending abilities.
