- no, dealing with it and moving on. i m sure that many other people on your journey shared something like that with you. - mm-hmm. - but you re somewhat forgetting it now that there are more distractions. - well, and i have 50-some years of bad habits, patterns. - that they couldn t fix? - i couldn t get fixed in a couple months. i guess part of what i m part of what i ve been dealing with the last year or two is, you know, my father passing away. he was old, god bless him, but uh, not as old as you. - no one is. - i did a lot of grieving. and then at the same time, am i doing enough grieving? is this how you i don t know how to grieve. no one taught me how to grieve. how long are you supposed to be sad over a dead parent? like, i don t know. is there more grief in there that s stuck in me? sometimes, i feel like there is.
