Karnataka Public Service Commission, KPSC has postponed the First Division Assistant, FDA exam that was scheduled to be conducted today, January 24, 2021. The competitive examinations for FDA have been postponed by the Commission after the question paper leak incident. Till now six people were arrested and question paper was seized from their possession.
The official statement released by the Commission reads, “Karnataka Public Service Commission postpones First Division Assistant examination that was scheduled to be held on January 24 due to unavoidable reasons. The question paper has reached to some miscreants.”

The Bengaluru Joint Police Commissioner, (Crime), Sandeep Patil said in his tweet that the question paper of - First Division Assistant - examination that was scheduled on Sunday (January 24) has been leaked and the police has arrested six persons in this connection. We have seized question papers, Rs 24 lakh cash and three stolen vehicles from them, his tweet further read.

Bengaluru, Jan 24 (IANS): With the Bengaluru Central Crime Branch police busting the question paper leak racket on Saturday night, Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has cancelled competitive examinations for First Division Assistant scheduled on Sunday.

The dates for the test would be rescheduled and announced in due course, a press release said.
