HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WAFF) -The city of Huntsville has more than $6 million in emergency rental assistance for renters and landlords in need.
First, this aid money is only for people who live in Huntsville.
Households must have income at or below 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). One or more of the people in the home must qualify for unemployment benefits or be able to prove the pandemic has caused them financial hardship.
