The City of Aspen was recently awarded a grant for $135,000 from the Colorado Department of Local Affairs (DOLA) Strong Communities Planning Grant Program that will go towards examining the feasibility of developing a Community Land Trust (CLT) for the creation of affordable housing and supportive incentive programs.
