May 20, 2021 Fall River, MA – Saint Anne’s Hospital, a Steward family hospital, has been awarded an ‘A’ for achieving the highest national standards in patient safety from The Leapfrog Group’s Spring 2021 Hospital Safety Grades. The designation recognizes Saint Anne’s efforts in protecting patients from harm and providing safer health care.
