New Denton County community will bring hundreds of homes
Meritage Homes is planning a new residential development in Corinth.

Meritage Homes has purchased land in Corinth for its Ashford Park residential project.
Construction is set to start later this year on the development, which will include 208 two-story bungalows and 229 single-family homes.
The new homes will be priced from the high $200,000s.
“At Ashford Park, we will offer affordable single-family homes with a simpler home buying process, quality construction and energy efficiency built into each home,” Meritage Homes Dallas division president Austin Woffinden said in a statement. “Building on our success in the thriving city of Corinth, Ashford Park will sit adjacent to a previous Meritage development, Terrace Oaks.” ....
