MCALLEN, Texas â A Texas boy battling cancer became a fire chief for a day thanks to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
At 4 years old, Justin Perez is stronger than most kids his age. Heâs battled a brain tumor for more than half of his life, KRGV reports.
When Make-A-Wish heard about Justinâs story and selected him, the boyâs family says he only had one request. âI want to be a fireman.â That was literally the first thing he said in the interview, Laura Moreno, Justinâs mother, told KRGV.

Extrusion machinery maker battenfeld-cincinnati has supplied a large-diameter pipe extrusion line – which comes with what the company is calling the largest melt gap ever produced – to HDPE pipe specialist Policonductos SA de CV, based in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.
