And i knew that i was a kid from a poor neighborhood, and that dream was real to me. My dad taught me to believe in myself, and i believed they could conquer any obstacle for my dream to make the world a better place. As i travelled 12 hours on a bus, within weeks it became real. My dream died and it became real. Headaches, fevers, but i went to class. At any cost i want today be in medical school. But i died. I was in a coma for two weeks. When i came back to life, i lost my hearing to complications of meningitis. Meningitis is common in northern nigeria. This climate zone extends from the shores of senegal to the east,
