So Minnesota: Love for the silver screen leads 2 St. Paul boys to write Hollywood Heyday book

Created: February 08, 2021 07:38 PM Many love seeing old-time movies. The two began sending letters requesting sit down interviews with Hollywood legends.   Provided to KSTP Many of these golden age stars were in their golden years but they were very much with us, Fantle said. They started with Fred Astaire who, to their surprise, said yes. Interviewing Astaire and getting their picture with the legend opened the St. Paul duo s door to Hollywood.
