Celebrating the culture that shapes our values as individuals, talk about equity. access to the opportunities that will give you ability to realize your full potential. it is not giving everyone those things, giving you access. inclusion, idea that chick-fil-a is a christian company, openly christian company. if we were to ask jesus if he were sitting on the couch, whole heartily, jesus would in favor of equity, inclusion and diversity. it is incumbent upon me to hire people that understand the cultural nuances in the populations, hire agencies and have that cultural intelligence to react to our customers. this is a positive move by chick-fil-a and not negative.
