Those who are young and starry-eyed may dream of packing up and moving to places like New York City, Los Angeles or even the Midwest version, Chicago. But those places aren't for everyone (and definitely not for everyone's wallet). And while TV shows like The Good Place may joke about Cincinnati being a "medium place," we are still incredibly affordable, especially for 20-somethings just starting out, and there are plenty of fun things to do and see in Cincinnati for the young (and young at heart).
On Friday, pop star Olivia Rodrigo performed to a sold-out crowd at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus. Just as she did at other tour stops, Rodrigo stationed tables with abortion-rights advocacy groups in the main area as fans strolled into the arena. With Chappell Roan opening for Rodrigo, the night proved to be a fun, feminist romp through some of the most popular music of the past few years.

Everyone's favorite MidCentury Modern show is back this weekend. 20th Century Cincinnati is back at the Sharonville Convention Center on Feb. 24-25, noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday.
