Anne Heche died on Aug. 11 of "inhalation and thermal injuries," and the manner of death was listed as an accident, according to the LA County Department of Medical Examiner.
Anne Heche's estate is "insolvent" with more than $6 million in creditor claims still outstanding. Her son believes the issues can be resolved "fairly."
