After concerns have risen over violence in the Highlands, the Highlands Commerce Guild met to discuss Bardstown Road improvements and safety issues in the area.
When the 36th annual Bardstown Road Aglow kicks of Saturday afternoon, several businesses will be participating for the first time and they are eager for the exposure the crowds could bring.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. Those with ideas about how to improve the area around Bardstown Road, had a chance to share them Wednesday night at a virtual town hall. The meeting, led by Louisville Metro Council member Cassie Chambers Armstrong, focused on businesses in the area and looking for a solution for those experiencing homelessness.
