My colleague katy tur just indicated, we have major Breaking News that were covering. Two american hostages have been released by hamas. They have been held by the terror group for nearly two weeks, since hamas stormed into communities in southern israel killing nearly 1,400 people and kidnapping more than 200. U. S. Secretary of state Antony Blinken speaks right now about it. Citizens held by hamas since october 7th were released. These Two Americans are now safely in the hands of israeli authorities in israel. We expect the team from the u. S. Embassy to see them very shortly.
