Police have arrested a second suspect after he and an accomplice were accused of setting a Hialeah barbershop on fire last month, authorities confirmed Wednesday.
A 38-year-old man was arrested Friday, the same day he and an accomplice set a Hialeah barbershop on fire, Florida Chief Financial Officer and State Fire Marshal Jimmy Patronis announced Monday in a news release.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, Pulido was driving behind a car early Sunday morning on I-95 South when she stopped in one of the center lanes to help other drivers involved in a crash.
