Reporter good morning, well this interstate is a main route between california and arizona. And engineers will assess the damage to the bridge this morning. The collapse is being blamed on heavy rains and flooding that shut down the freeway. The bridge 50 miles west of the Arizona State line washed away. Traffic headed toward arizona was forced to turn around. One driver was injured. The Riverside CountyFire Department had to extract that driver who crashed in the collapse.
