FOUNTAIN SPRINGS — The North Schuylkill school board held its reorganization meeting Wednesday, making no changes in leadership. The regular monthly meeting followed, both held on the Zoom format only. Recent meetings allowed public attendance within pandemic restrictions. The meeting was called to order with Charles “Chaz” Hepler remaining president and Roy C. Green as vice president. The board reappointed Anthony Urban Law Offices, P.C., as solicitor at a retainer of $600 per month and all other charges as outlined in the firm’s proposal letter dated Dec. 4 and effective Jan. 1. The board approved retaining Thomas Fletcher as the liaison for the school district to the Pennsylvania School Board Association.
