Heidelberg township is considering implimenting a nuisance ordinance that would establish the dumping of junk, free-roaming animals on streets or private property not belonging to the animal's owner, and extended periods of noise at night as nuisances enforceable by the township.
The Heidelberg Township Board of Supervisors unanimously agreed to accept a $274,490 bid from A.K. Petersheim Builders, LLC, for the exterior remodel of the township building at its meeting Tuesday.
