streets of texas. no court date. that s the honor system. how does that generally work? well, this judge thinks it doesn t work well. and he says listen, this is very similar to another policy that already shut down months ago. this is a situation the judge is saying you can t just unilaterally by executive power make these decisions and allow these folks onto the streets. interestingly any of. as we expected. there are, you know, legal fights from the other side as well. the aclu is out there arguing that some of the newest asylum policies are too tough. they are too cruel. they immediately went to court and filed on those as well. so, what they are saying is so many of the policies that the biden administration is now using, are the same ones that the trump administration was using. they argued against them then. and they are arguing against them now. so this whole thing is going to be tied up with legal fights, left, right, and center. and so far that judge in florida is saying yo
