Johns Creek City Council members unanimously approved a zoning ordinance Feb. 28 that will severely hinder the influx of new smoke shop businesses to the city.
This was the year business bounced back. Evidence of the recovery stretched from Roswell’s revived Southern Post to massive, mixed-use developments planned in Alpharetta and Forsyth County.
