Attention Ladies!
Did you know getting regular screening tests is the most reliable way to find breast cancer early, and provides the best treatment option?
If you are between ages 30-39 and are at high risk for Breast Cancer, you should be getting a yearly MRI or mammogram. If you are between 40 – 44 you have the option of getting a yearly mammogram and if you are 45 – 54 you should be getting a yearly mammogram. If you are 55 and up, with your doctor’s approval you can switch to every other year for a mammogram.

Healthy Aging Tip: Maintaining Sleep Hygiene
Getting a good quality of sleep supports better emotion regulation and general health. Sleep is an essential part of managing stress but is often the first thing impacted when experiencing stressful events.
Things you can do to maintain healthy sleep hygiene:
Keep the same sleep and wake schedule every day
Get enough sleep – 7-9 hours for the average adult!
Limit naps to 30 minutes
Get enough sunlight
Exercise regularly
