West Virginia Bills Would Expand Raw Milk Sales; Foundation to Nullify Federal Prohibition Scheme

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (Jan. 29, 2024) – Bills introduced in the West Virginia House would expand raw milk sales in the state. Passage into law would also take an important step toward further rejecting a federal prohibition scheme in practice and effect. A group of delegates led by Del. Michael Hornby introduced House Bill 4911 (HB4911).
