Harsha Engineers International Ltd has issued Letter of Intent dated 18th October 2022 to M/s Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Private Limited for setting up of Hybrid power project.
The offer consists of a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating to Rs 455 crore, and an offer for sale of up to Rs 300 crore by existing shareholders.
