I think about all the lives that were lost here. Please, all, have a seat. 1863, america worked with the remains of perhaps the most consequential battle on american soil. It took place on this ground at gettysburg. Three days of violence, three days of carnage, 50,000 casualties wounded, captured, missing, or dead over three days of fighting. When the sun rose on that independence day, we would retreat. The war would go on for nearly two more years. Hadback of the confederacy been broken. The union would be saved. Slavery would be abolished. And orernment of, by, the people would not perish from the earth and for the people would not perish from the earth and freedom would be born anew in our land. Theres no more fitting place than here today in gettysburg to division, the cost of how much it has c

Columbia university has just set a new rule. It is now telling students who do not leave the Protest Tents on campus by 2 00 p. M. Eastern today they will be suspended. Now you know ive had students on this program tell me that its not just students inside those tents who are antiisrael and hateful. Some of them prohamas savage killers. Some of them are insurgents who come onto the campus and now inside the tents. So what about those . They cant be suspended. What will you do with them . Today the school failed to reach an agreement with protestors who have taken over part of the campus for more than ten days now. Boy, columbia is really patient with the protestors and the haters. Amazing. The university has not said whether it will call in the police. Growing calls for greater crackdowns on campuses. Agitators in some places are digging in despite efforts by schools and police to clear them out. Columbia now becomes, oh, kind of the example for everybody else. If there are no conseque
