EAST LANSING – Earlier this month, two artists packed up their RV and traveled from California to East Lansing. When they arrived, they sent a postcard of sorts.
Muralists Victor Ving and Lisa Beggs made East Lansing the latest stop on their Greetings Tour, a public art project in which the duo travels across the country painting greetings from postcards on buildings. They began painting East Lansing s installation on the side of Roadhouse Pub last Monday. Each letter in the 550-square-foot painting contains a nod to East Lansing culture.
