Wmurs Kristen Carosa is live in auburn with what we know at this hour. Kristen we are here on route 121 where authorities could be seen searching this hour, and the search continues. Auburn police s t report of a confrontation between a homeowner an intruder. A gun was fired by the homeowner at the intruder but no one was hit. Intruder then ran off into the woods. Auburn police with the help of state police set up a perimeter at hooksett road and route 121. Police say at one point they spotted the suspect but lost sight of him. The suspect is being described as a white male between 30 to 40 years old with gray hair and a this morning. There is still a heavy Police Presence at woodhill drive. There was a concentration between the homeowner and someone inside his house. The gunshot was fired. The intruder ran off into the woods

Police say a woman, visiting friends at the apartment house told them she was looking for more beer. When she asked residents in josephs apartment, thats when he allegedly held a gun to her throat. Police say that joseph also threatened the womans husband. I will do you, meaning i will shoot you. Ray Police Responded and confiscated a 40 caliber handgun was applied for and two days later, joseph was arrested. That arrest resulted in more charges. During that time it was found that he was also in possession of marijuana, crack cocaine and oxycodone pills. Ray police say they are still looking into whether or not joseph should have been able to possess that
