Hampshire County Councillor and Fareham Borough Councillor, Keith Evans passed away on Sunday. He served as ward councillor for Locks heath and previously, Sarisbury for more than three decades and was first elected to Hampshire County Council on May 5, 2005 to serve Fareham Warsash division. He held the position continuously until he passed away and also served the county council on a number of committees. These included: Chairman of the Audit Committee and the River Hamble Harbour Board, Vice-Chairman of the Conduct Advisory Panel, the Policy and Resources Select Committee and Employment in Hampshire County Council Committee.
