No one found in Allentown search after report of someone jumping off bridge (UPDATE)

UPDATE: Allentown police on Tuesday afternoon said the search did not turn up anyone. “Investigators reviewed video from this area and currently there is no evidence to suggest that the incident occurred as initially reported,” police said in a news release.
INITIAL POST: A search that began overnight was to resume on Tuesday morning after a passing driver reported a person may have jumped off the Hamilton Street Bridge in Allentown, an official says.
The driver saw a person on the bridge and, concerned, doubled back and the person was gone, fire department Capt. John Christopher said.
