First responders and volunteers spent hours yesterday filling and piling sandbags outside saint johns, trying to protect it from the waters. Students and staff at her former school dedicated a special garden in her memory. Fox6s Madeline Anderson joins us in studio to explain the meani this garden is supposed to remind everyone who visits it of the joy little laylah brought to people while she was alive.
