In a rare show of solidarity, a section of supporters and leaders of the ruling National Resistance Movement (NRM) have teamed up with their counterparts in the Democratic Party (DP) to unseat the Mukono Municipality MP, Ms Betty Nambooze.
 Ms Nambooze, who is seeking a third term in Parliament, together with 10 other legislators defected from DP to the National Unity Platform (NUP), citing lack of internal democracy in their party. ....
