there s a difference between people who belled in the free market and people who loot companies, leave behind broken families, broken towns and people on unemployment and i think that governor romney is going to have to hold a press conference and he s going to have to walk the country through the things they did at bain because in three or four cases they don t look like capitalism. they look like rich guys looting companies, taking all the cash and leaving behind the unemployed. that s not the kind of free market i want to be part of. i want to be in a free market where everybody has a fair chance. that doesn t mean you always win. there are times you lose, there are times you go bankrupt. that s fine if the person who s getting rich is also taking the risk and is also suffering some of the consequences. it s not fine if the person who is rich manipulates the system and gets away with all the cash and leaves behind the human beings. sean: all right. when we come back, we ll continu
with jon huntsman. i m wolf blitzer, you re in the situation room. the first primary beghaj at midnight in new hampshire. most polls close three hours from now. we ll have complete coverage. here is what we re watching for. first, mitt romney s margin of victory. final polls show him with a nearly 20-point lead. if romney wins big he may see almost invincible heading into south carolina. if he doesn t win big, he may seem beatable, at least some experts predict. second, who comes in second, jon huntsman gambled on a good showing in new hampshire. he has the chance to show he s a viable candidate. they play very well among many in new hampshire, and could help him emerge as the anti-romney candidate. finally, independenting can stroh in this open primary, so how will they vote? they may decide the winner, who will that signal for next november? we re watching all of this unfold. new hampshire state officials are expecting a record turnout of a quarter million prima
romney. i didn t attack free markets. i attacked a particular style of behavior which i would think the club for growth would want to be very careful about not defending. if we identify capitalism with rich guys looting companies, we re going to have a hard time protecting it. i am totally committed to capitalism, i am totally committed to main street, i am totally committed to people s right to start companies, i m committed to their right to fail. but i think it has to be fair, it has to be out in the open. this is why you have this underlying anger about the financial class. because people look over and they go, wait a second, how come i lost my mortgage, and you stayed a millionaire? how come i lost all my savings, and you stayed a millionaire? megyn: how do you get people to invest in venture capital firms or private equity firms if rules were you re going to run this firm, and it s not just for the benefit of the shareholders, you also have to protect jobs, protect the workers,
