rd January 2021 at Guruvayur Kerala. The novel unique feature is that a portion of the palm leaf is pasted on the cover. The writing on the palm leaf is Tapal in Malayalam Tamil and Sanskrit. Palm leaves manuscripts were used as writing materials in South Asia dating back to 5 century. In Greek mythology the palm leaves are the symbol of NIKE the winged goddess of Victory.
