Fire officials tell us that crews were in the process of building a home this morning when the trench collapsed. Took place. We dont know whoa yet. D. C. Police and now osha are investigating what happened but right now the focus remains on the man stuck inside. Hes about 20 feet underground ride now and has been trapped there for over an hour and a half. Fire officials are calling the construction site unstable right now. And obviously dangerous.
