China Bakery Exhibition on track for 2021 and poised for global expansion under new strategic cooperation The All-China Bakery Association (ACBA) has partnered with Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co. (IM Sinoexpo) to form a joint venture to further expand the reach of one of the country’s largest trade shows on the bakery calendar.
Guangzhou Bohong International Exhibition Co will be responsible for hosting the annual event, which was founded in 1997. Since 2003, the show has been staged at the Canton Fair Complex in Guangzhou every May.
With exhibitors covering the entire supply chain of the bakery industry – from raw and auxiliary bakery materials, to machinery and packaging design and production, the business-focused trade show has become a noted date on the global bakery industry’s calendar, and especially among bakers in southern China and Southeast Asia.
