Three senior Law Enforcement officials tell nbc news, they are anticipating the former president will turn himself in at the atlanta jail, no earlier than thursday, but they stressed nothing is yet officially it. about what caused the crash? what do we know about the victims? reporter: ntsb investigators are on the ground sifting through the wreckage. that s the hangar the small plane slammed into. you can see the melted siding from all that heat. eight passengers were killed and we re learning a little bit of information about the victims. the authorities have not publicly identified them but a local school in plano, texas just sent out a letter to its community saying that there were four members of one family that were among the victims, two of them were teenagers. and we expect to get more information on them throughout the day as well as confirmation of the victims from the medical examiner a little later on today. nbc news has learned that authorities do have surveillance video of the incident and that the plane at one point rolled over, inverted and slammed into that hangar. it was an incredible scene, smoke billowing that could be
