Concerts on the Creek presents Uplifting Sacred and Secular Music by GROOVE HOTEL<br/><br/>Our Inspirational concert for the month of April will be performed by GROOVE HOTEL (Groove Hotel https://www.groovehotelmusic.com/), our region’s premier jazz band, which has been honored with several Rockford Area Music Industry (RAMI) awards. The band's continually evolving repertoire emphasizes rhythmic variety, including swing, bossa nova, funk, rock, samba, gospel, and Cuban son. The concert will take place on Sunday, April 2, from 3 – 4 PM (without intermission); doors open at 2:00. The location is Spring Creek Church, 4500 Spring Creek Road. Attendance will be limited to 150. Free-will donations will pay the musicians and help to defray the church's costs as host.
