the street. the chp handles buses, bay area, ride, and the puc which is the state puc regulates the physical bus itself and the mta can limit the size, and of the vehicles on the streets and which streets the vehicles particular sizes can move around on. and where they can stop. you used to work for mta. but whether or not a joint hearing is valuable, is something that you could discuss. just as a side note, i m super unclear on commissioner hyde s monarch meeting as it relates to agenda and permission. i just would like it to be an official meeting from the commission as far as the notice so that more than like two of us could show up. is really my concern. i think that we have two industry reps that are fairly involved, you know, new, health and new police and i think that maybe they would want to come to the meeting and so i don t want to see that as an impedement to talk about it. so we could agendaize a special meeting outside of city hall of either a committ
