POULTNEY — Three Poultney High School seventh-graders have helped contribute to the town’s now 19-year streak of sending students to compete in the National History Day competition.
Rutland County’s school districts and supervisory unions are generally in favor — though wary — of a new piece of legislation that will affect school budgets statewide.
Rutland Town School administrators announced earlier this month that portions of the school had tested positive for polychlorinated biphenyls, but not at levels where immediate and major action is necessary.
