After years of planning and hard work from Perham churches and volunteers, Love INC, a Christian-based care network, is now open and operating in its new office space.
The Perham-area community gathered for the Love INC Fall Fundraiser on Sunday, Oct. 8, in order to raise money to get the Greater East Otter Tail County chapter off the ground and running.
