Halloween Scary-oke with Millers Entertainment! We re going to have a spooktacular event to get you ready for Halloween. Everyone who shows up in costume gets a chance to win a free drink every hour, and if you are brave enough to sing, you get another entry per song! We ll also have a costume contest.
The CTE program is preparing for the Wednesday, Feb. 28 Career Expo from 6 to 8 p.m. at Carson High School. This event gives Carson City School District students and their parents a picture of the Career & Technical Education options at Carson High School.
The sixth annual "Adopt-a-Vet Poker Run" will be held this Saturday, June 16 in Carson City. Registration is 8:30 a.m. at Battle Born Harley Davidson, 2900 Research Way. The actual run begins at 10:30 a.m. The total net proceeds will go to helping the Adopt-a-Vet Dental Program provide dental care for low income Northern Nevada veterans.
