After recent reports of safety concerns downtown, city officials in Grand Rapids are taking stock of existing resources and looking into what else can be done.
The Grand Rapids City Commission Meeting began at 7 p.m. It is being held a few hours after GRPD Police Chief Eric Winstrom presented his departmental review for the Grand Rapids Police Department.
